Refresh Session (1st Session)

We reviewed the academic requirements, GivePulse, and other expectations that were expected from the students. We were also reminded of important deadlines that we needed to be aware of. It helped refresh my memory for any information that I may have forgotten.

It was an informative meeting and it helped clear any previous issues I had. It also was great with updating new policies/rules.

The Refresh meeting was very helpful. The meeting covered academic requirements, scholarship requirements, engagement hours, GivePulse, and questions.

This ReFresh session gave me all the details about what’s upcoming and changing within the Promise scholarship program for the 2026-27 year, as well as a reminder of the requirements that were with the program since I started back in Fall 2025. It was nice getting reintroduced to the Program Manager and Coordinators. I hope to have an amazing second year and finish strong!

The Refresh Session was helpful and gave me a better understanding of what I need to do to stay on track with the Promise program.

I've attended the Refresh Session and took notes on what are the expectations for returning promise scholars and new changes to the way the program will be running moving forward. For example, there are changes on how many give pulse hours can be earned for certain events. I am grateful that all my concerns have been answered by Elio Cruz and Chantia Sharber.

I found the refresh meeting very informative. I am happy that we are starting the semester up once again.
