During this session I learned about the relationship between education, personal enrichment, and professional development as it relates to personal growth. I enjoyed the fact that our presenter, Sabrina Nash, shared photos of herself throughout her journey. As a visual learner, I enjoy seeing pictures and it helps me place myself in that persons shoes so I can better understand them. It also shows that she has really lived through everything she is trying to teach us. This presentation also helps me understand the importance of lifelong learning. We should constantly be students of life, learning all the time and striving for growth in all areas.

Here I learned about the relationship between education and how it relates to personal growth. I also learned about the importance of lifelong learning with achieving personal success. Even through growth of educational and enrichment activities can help as well. These can help us do way better in the things we do and we can learn how to improve ourselves as well.

This mini-session was the least impactful for me compared to others. I truly appreciated hearing about her journey and the challenges she overcame. Seeing someone navigate difficult circumstances and come out stronger is always inspiring. Her resilience and ability to pivot were commendable. However, as the session continued, the focus shifted toward extended storytelling rather than actionable insights, making it harder for me to stay engaged or take away practical advice. That said, I’m still grateful for the opportunity to hear her perspective and gain wisdom in such an honest and personal way.
