This meeting was a very good meeting, I learned a lot about the deadlines and important things that will be happening now and in the New School Year, so I set aside the important dates so that I can know what's going on and any questions that I had they were answered.
Learned about the Launch scholarship and the things I need to do in order to maintain it moving forward.
We got an update on future meetings , books money refund and more which was very helpful I had took notes so I won’t forget.
I found this meeting to be very informative as we learned about the updated expectations of the Promise Program and how to navigate the upcoming semester with things such as meetings, scholarships funds, academic recovery, etc.
I appreciated the info session ! The advisors were clear with answering questions and really organized with the information they presented. They spent the time going over how to maintain our scholarship and what it will look like for next year, in addition, there was time to go over how to use give pulse.
After this meeting I had a clear understanding of what to expect next semester.
I learned that there will be new additions to the promise scholarship such as you being able to pick something you want to do to add to your hours. I also learned that with fafsa it’s a difference between an academic year and a calendar year
