Of all the days moving freshman in, I would say this was by far the most enjoyable. The students moving in were extremely excited to get going. It was very rewarding to also serve the parents who had no idea there would be anyone to help them.

We helped students and their families move in to Pomfret Hall. It was a wonderful time getting to serve and help people under a time crunch move all their stuff. Additionally, being one of the first faces for the new students.
It was great! Getting to interact with new faces and carry all their belongings up to their rooms was a great way to make someone's day brighter. Most people we helped never had to take more than 1 trip themselves!
This was a very unique event. I aided in setting up tables and putting centerpieces on them as well as decoration for the tents that went over them. In addition, I helped lift and move all the putting holes and putters to their respective locations around the library. It was a fun time.
I disinfected the tables for the Red Cross employees drawing blood after each use.

Unfortunately, I was unable to get a photo due to the work being done. I spent the shift cleaning the toilets, showers, and sinks that are provided for guests. It entailed disinfecting, sweeping, and mopping the rooms. I enjoyed being able to serve in this capacity. I served from 2-4pm.
