Today was our last session together. We finished his first PCP essay and talked about future plans. He was super enthusiastic about his winter break plans and next semester. It was a great and productive final session.

Today Jacob and I were very productive and busy with assignments. We watched a lot of videos about scope of practice and documentation for his communication disorders class. We also started drafting the first essay for his PCP goal. He was early, which set us up for a great session!

Today, I helped Jacob with writing a short essay over his experience volunteering with special needs children at the EMPOWER office. We also wrote a critique for Little Women, which he saw last week. It was a great session!

Today, Jacob and I met in a study room in Mullins. He was early which set us up for a productive and great session. We finished some assignments for his communication disorders class and then made great progress on his PCP essay #1. It was a great session!

Today, Jacob and I met in Mullins and worked on some assignments for his Communication Disorders class. He missed a quiz for this class, so I helped him email his professor to ask her to please re-open it. We continued to work on his PCP academic goal by creating a simple outline for his first essay. It was a productive session!

Today, we met in a study room in Mullins Library. Jacob had already completed his assignments for the week prior to meeting with me so we discussed his PCP. I was assigned as Jacob's PCP academic mentor, so I helped him decide what to write one of his essays over. Overall, it was a great session.

Today, Jacob and I met in Mullins Library to work on his assignments for the week. He had already completed his weekly quizzes prior to meeting with me, so I helped him review for his Communication Disorders midterm that he has this afternoon. He was very enthusiastic today because he's looking forward to going home for fall break. Overall, it was a great session, and I think he's prepared for his midterm.

Today, Jacob and I met in Mullins Library to work on his first critique for his Theatre Appreciation class. He attended the play last Friday was able to give me so much information about it, which allowed us to easily complete the critique assignment. Overall, it was a great session and we had very open and clear communication.

Today, me and Jacob met at Mullins library to work on the weekly quiz for his Communication Disorders class. We also discussed the play he is attending this upcoming Friday for his Theater Appreciation course; he is very excited for the play. This session was a little more challenging than other sessions because I had to have a discussion with him about setting boundaries for when to call and text me. He was very understanding and I feel relieved having that difficult conversation with him.

Jacob didn’t have any assignments to work this week because he had already completed his weekly quiz prior to meeting with me. We talked about things he’s learning in his classes and discussed how to best prepare for his upcoming assignments and studying for midterms. After we were done in Mullins, we went on a nice walk around campus. It was beneficial for me to understand how he prepares for exams, so I can help him to the best of my ability for his midterm exams.
