On April 9th from noon until 3, a friend and I went on a trail trek through Gully Park Trail and Paradise Valley Golf Course. Along the way, we spotted litter and small debris, which we promptly picked up. It was gratifying to contribute to the cleanliness of our community while enjoying a leisurely stroll. We even received compliments from fellow park-goers, which was a nice bonus!
As I walked around campus I saw four pink bows, I took pictures of the bows and posted them on my instagram story using the hashtags and tagging the social media pinkbowsformadison. These bows bring awareness to the tragedy that happened at the music festival and honor Madison.
I went trail trekking with two friends on 4/17 from 12-3. We walked around Gully park trail and Paradise valley golf course. During this time we found trash around the trail and removed of litter and small debris. I enjoyed the opportunity to get to walk around and help out around the community. Other walkers at the park even complimented us which made me feel good!
I had so much fun tutoring the kids!
