    Precious @ Second Baptist church

I love volunteering around here. I have worked for them from about 2020-2021, but even after I still go back to them when they need me. I love the atmosphere and the welcoming energy that everyone brings. They even did a senior tribute to me and I didn't even belong to the church. I love everything about them and their mission. This time I helped set up for an Easter egg hunt that they were doing the following Sunday.

America Recycles Day of Service with International Paper

I was so grateful for this event because it opened my eyes to the world of recycling. I was able to learn the correct way to recycle and the wrong ways to recycle. At the end, we were also able to create boxes for the tiger pantry. This was very creative and helpful because students that might need help with getting access to food can go there to receive somethings. By filling these boxes, were able to help so many people and I was glad to be apart of that process.
