Molli Cranford

This was my first time volunteering at Blazer Kitchen. We shopped for all of the shoppers that came in. Each shopper filled out a long form stating what they wanted. We used that form to collect their items then weighed them and logged the information accordingly and handed out their food and other items. During my volunteer time, I directly helped patients, students and emergency shoppers. I enjoyed getting the food and other items for each shopper the most during this experience. The most challenging was making sure I grabbed the correct item and finding the items needed. A key takeaway I had from this experience was that it wasn’t as nerve wracking as I thought it would be.
