The University of Memphis' Military Service organizations joined together to support our Football team. During this experience, we were tasked with encouraging school spirit by performing pushups for the amount of points scored by our football team. It is a fun event, and I look forward to doing it again.
During this experience, some of my peers and I volunteered to assist the high school jrotc programs during their ranger challenge event. The cadets at the university often assist high schoolers with their endeavors and discuss with them the importance of going to college. During this event, we supervised the obstacle course, balanced the scorecards, and demonstrated the activities. I enjoyed helping with this event, and it is something I would do again.

Elysia is an amazing help! I run my own choreography business and serve as the Head coach of a High school majorette team all the while being a college student so I need the help whenever I can get it. She serves as Stunt coach/ supervisor whenever she comes out to volunteer! |
The University of Memphis' Army ROTC color guard team volunteered at an event held at the FedEx Forum, for the university's boy basketball team. During this event, we conducted a presentation of colors as the National Anthem was played. It was an honor to be allowed to do so, and I would happily volunteer for an event like this again.
