    Red Cross Homecoming Blood Drive

    in Tuesday I donated blood at the union for the Red Cross. This was my first time donating blood and overall I had a great experience. I was blown away with how many people wanted to donate and ended up waiting over an hour to donate since so many people were there. when it came time to actual donate I was feeling very anxious and many different staff members from the Red Cross came up to me for support and reassured me it would be over soon and to remember it was for a good cause and end the end I was helping someone in need. the support from the staff members was so important in calming my nerves and making me feel more comfortable. I had such a great experience that I look forward to donating in the future.

    Cardinal Nights Winter Event

    Overall this experience is very fin! When I was there I arrived at 10 and we help to clean up and pack the skating rink into a truck. This was honestly a lot harder than I thought since the pieces of the rink with very heavy, but it was worth it because I heard the break was a big hit at the function!
