During my spring break, I went home and volunteered at my local Circle of Friends club. I helped the kids with school work and partipcated in gym class with them.
I volunteered at my local Circle of Friends with my Aunt. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to talk and spend time with the kids involved in the circle of friends program.
I helped special needs kids with their homework and we did thanksgiving crafts.
I helped children with their after-school activities.
Over fall break I went to my old high school and volunteered with the special needs kids. I spent the morning with them, helped get them ready for the school day, start morning work, and walked them to any additional classes they went to. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to help the students and teachers at my old high school.
I wrote thank you cards containing mask extenders, I placed one mask extender in each envelope and dropped them off at the Grad Ed building
I dropped off cards and mask extenders at McNair Middle School. I set them at the front desk. I hand wrote all the cards and drove them to the facility.
