I worked for 2 and a half hours at Lifesource helping with kids along with cleaning up and organizing.

I volunteered at the McNair middle school on thursday November 10th. This experience was very fun and I was glad to get out of my apartment. I really enjoyed playing with all of the kids. I specifically helped kids in the gym play games. I also helped clean up after it was all over. Over all, I enjoyed my time helping out and playing with the children.

Saturday October 22, I volunteered in Springdale from 1-4 p.m. at the buddy walk. This was a very eye opening experience and something I had never done before. I enjoyed getting out of my apartment to help kids have fun and enjoy their weekend. As the kids along with their families and teams made a lap around the field I passed out water and was a constant encouragement. I also worked the registration and signed families in as they showed up. All in all, I loved volunteering for the buddy walk and would do it 10 more times if I could!!!
