On Wednesday, May 2nd, I volunteered with an 8th grade group of girls at an event held at Fellowship in Rogers. We spent the night playing games, dancing, and celebrating a year of ministry.

My mom's company went to Texas to host a cooking class as well as a book signing for a cookbook. This trip was over two days, but split into two sections. I did not receive any type of payment for this trip, it was 100% voluntary. I spent time moving materials for the cooking class, running errands, cleaning up, and setting up stations where the book signing was going to take place. I also ran logistics of things needed throughout the two day event.
I volunteered to help move furniture, organize, and restock a store during closing hours.
We went to the Ronald McDonald House at Washington Regional and helped volunteer in the ways we could and got to serve families there.
I helped assist some classmates in running a "Family Night" at Lee Elementary in Springdale. We helped make science experiments, hand out pizza, and welcome families for a free night of fun!
I helped Amy set up her store for Christmas. We turned everything over, transitioned products, drove things back and forth to her warehouse, and decorated the whole store for Christmas! It was a lot of work, but so fun!
I got to spend time tutoring elementary students.
