Dia de los Muertos Festival Volunteers

My organization, MedLife, and I assisted with the tear down of the Dia de los muertos festival from 8:30 to 11:30. The service was filled with mundane tasks like taking down posters and was not very exciting, but we got free t-shirts and a free concert which was pretty awesome. It was an enjoyable experience and would definitely do it again next year.

Spent the afternoon photographing the festival for Easter Seals. I had such a great time. It was great to see so many smiling faces. I enjoyed the sights, performances and the cultural celebration. A great event on behalf of a great cause.
