I learned that for some events, you have to fill out a separate form to complete registration, for example, the business symposium. I also learned that when inputting how many hours you spent at an event, you should use increments of 15 minutes. The last thing I learned was that you shouldn't message the scholarship team about pending hours and that all hours will eventually be accounted for.
I learned how to use the GivePulse app more effectively. I now understand how to navigate the platform, track hours, search for opportunities, and register for events. The training also showed me how to update my profile, log service hours correctly.
I learned how to use givepulse. There were some stuff that I also didn't know about as well.
I had a good time being able to understand give plus. And I will be using my computer more often because I noticed it very easy that way.
We learned about how to add hours in, register for events, learned how to put the impact in manually if the event is in person, how to join the group, and learned that it is easier to add the impacts online than on the app.
