Incredible time getting to help out kids. This event changed my perspective a lot and made me recognize the needs in our town that go unnoticed so often. 100% will do it again next year.

This was an amazing opportunity to serve kids in my community through giving them new shoes. I had the opportunity to meet with kids as they came in, ask them questions about their interests, encourage them and then help them try on a brand new pair of shoes. This was both humbling to get a glimpse of how much I take basic needs like well-fitting shoes for granted as well as encouraging to have a tangible impact on my community's future. Thank you Samaritans Feet and everyone else involved for letting me be a part of it!
