I found this meeting very refreshing as the semester ends. The meeting reminded me to log my hours and gave me a guide on what to expect in the future. I enjoyed the labor game at the end, i love the competition i had with the screen and how it was fun
There was a lot of good quality information in this information session such as:

February 7th is the deadline for Spring bookstore purchases.

The FAFSA for the next academic year is open now and will be closed March 1st.
Emails should be checked daily.
Give Pulse hours are due today at 11:59pm.

The required refresh meeting is held on January 14th at 11:30-12:30pm and the January 15th meeting is 4:30pm-5:30pm.
The information provided in the meeting was very helpful and useful.
I learned about the new requirements for the promise scholarship were discussed. Also there were some demonstrations on how to navigate the new pgcc layout and locate finances and such.
My review on the end of year semester meeting is I learned that there will be new Promise program requirements starting in the spring 2025 semester. My reflection is that checking email over break is necessary, so that a Promise student will not miss out on any important information. My feedback is that I would like to see how will the Promise scholarship change with the new requirements that will go in effect in spring 2025.
The End of the Year Semester meeting went really well. The Special Scholarships admin were explaining new requirements for the program and going over old ones in order to keep spot in the program. We also played a Kahoot game, testing all of us about the meeting. We learned about the deadline to apply for FAFSA as well.
Extremely informative of the necessary objectives and expectations being provided in the next following months. Cleared out a lot of confusion and misconceptions that I had prior to attending the meeting. Looking forward to all future events and programs happening.
