Living outside of Northwest Arkansas makes it very difficult to volunteer in that area. My family and I do volunteer locally in East Tennessee. It is quite difficult to do this on a routine basis due to a full-time job and class load. However, I do find it very fulfilling to help others.

I was able to reflect on how often I have volunteered, some of the struggles I encounter when doing so, and was given space to brainstorm ideas to make my situation more manageable.
