2013 Austin Trail of Lights Volunteer

Bring joy to others. What an uplifting experience.

It was amazing to meet a lot of people and to see my friends going around the trail of lights. Going what I called back stage of the trail of lights, it was awesome seeing the sights of the lights and the trees. I had a great time. I hope I can do it next year again.

I was able to help set up and take down chairs at the community stage and sit in a warm area. I also helped set up for the choir and that was fun. I also got to see people take a weird Christmas Card photo. The only downside is that it was cold.

We helped at the community stage, clearing the stage of chairs when the wind ensemble was done to prepare for the dancers. Showed performers to the green rooms. All in all a fun night.
