2013 Austin Trail of Lights Volunteer

"Really good and fun experience"

I volunteered more than the 4.5 hours recorded here.
My first date, 12/6/13 was cancelled due to bad weather but the other three dates I arrived by 4:30 pm.
Wednesday, 12/18 I was a trail guide at station #18 until 9:30 pm. (4:30 to 9:30 = 5 hours)
Saturday, 12/21 I was a trail guide at the back gate until 11 pm (4:30 to 11 = 6.5 hours)
Sunday, 12/11/13 I was a floater, working the Strattford check in tent escorting guests to the Covert Tent at the Main Stage until 9 pm (4:30 to 9 = 4.5 hours).
Event total hours = 16 hours

I volunteered as a trail guide and made sure the displays and guests were ssfe. I also had the opportunity to wish many of our guests a Merry Christmas and watch them have a great time with their families and friends.
