Longhorn Lights Out

I helped turn off lights and post sticky notes at the Engineering Teaching Center II (ETC) to promote an awareness of energy and light conservation around the UT campus to faculty, students, and staff. I helped turn off lights in the classrooms and offices with a group, and recorded the group's impact online. I enjoyed this experience because I got to meet new people while making a difference in the campus community.

Makes you realize how wasteful we can be with energy especially on campus because we don't have to worry about the electrical bill. Just makes you more mindful about the environment.
