Spring 2026 Early Registration Kick-Off

Join Academic Success, led by First Year and Family Programs, as we launch the Spring 2026 Early Registration Kick-Off on March 23, 2026. This campus-wide initiative encourages students to secure their Summer and Fall 2026 schedules early while connecting with advising, academic support, and key campus resources.

Student volunteers will play a vital role in welcoming and guiding participants throughout the event. A major emphasis will be placed on engaging and motivating our first-year students to ensure they are positioned for continued academic progress. Volunteers will help staff interact and engage with students, encourage setting early registration appointments, event management, canvassing, and assisting peers as they navigate the early registration process with clarity and confidence.

Volunteers can select the following hours or volunteer the entire time:

• 9am to 11am | Event Set Up (Tents, Decorations, Signs, and Tables)
• 11am to 2pm | Engagement Team (Interact with peers, canvassing, assisting event staff, and encouraging peers to schedule early registration appointments)
• 2pm to 3pm | Event Break Down (Removal of event decorations and tents)

Campus and community partners will participate by connecting with students, fostering a strong sense of belonging, and highlighting the resources and services their areas provide.
