About
CANCEL! wind gusts are a thing this morning. out of an abundance of caution, we are cancelling. So disappointing, I know. When weather improves on another day, we encourage you to do your own park clean up and document your impact hours here in Give Pulse.
Watch for future events with Friends of Copperfield Nature Trails, we do at least 4 each year. Stay safe out there ya'll! and THANK YOU for registering to volunteer!
Friends of Copperfield Nature Trails will meet at 9 AM at Blakeney pond to pick up trash along the trail.
We will provide a few pick up tools and trash bags.
Volunteers will need to take any trash they pick up and dispose of it in their home trash cans, unless it fits in park trash can(s), as we are unable to get a trash pick up arranged for this event.
We have a few extra trash bag stickers for home pick up if needed to take care of your volunteer trash haul from the trail.
Dress for the occasion and weather. Wear a mask. Follow Covid 19 community health stage guidelines (Stage 5 as of this writing). Bring your own drinking water.
In the event of rain or freezing temperatures, we will not meet.
Street parking available.
