Trasnfer fair was very helpful. I had a few question with UMD college park since I am tranferring next semester. I wass able to get the information about it and it is helping me in looking forward to my application at UMD
The meeting was very informative. Mr. Cruz went through web version of givepulse. I am a continuing student so I am familiar with the information but it helped me remember it again such as recording impacts, finding events and adding an impact for events which are not on the list or havent yet posted on givepulse. And yes making sure to not use the mobile phone app
The meeting was very infromative, it was a reminder about the requirements for a good standing in the program. I didnt have the link to group me chat which i was able to get at the end of the meeting. Meeting was helpful!
this session was really informative. Mr Cruz taught how to manage the givepulse account. how to add impacts, how to manage your impacts, how to customize your profile, how to look for future events through calendar, etc. I learned how to use givepulse effectively after attending this session.
We went over the requirements to stay in the program. The coordinators reviewed the instructions again. We need 15 hours of engagement, 12 credtis per semester, and at least 2.5 gpa to stay in the program.
I attended the stem week event that took place today. We were introduced to the naval base faciilities, job opportunities. We were also introduced to the UMD fire protection engineering. The presentation was well made. The presenter was really persuasive, and i also got his contact because i look forward to transfer in that major. Overall, it was a fun event, learned a lot about FPE at UMD.
they were stem week events. in the firs half we were introduced to UDC universoty, they conducted an online meeting introducing their campus, facilities, and their faculty for engineering. In the second half we saw several physics experiments. One of them was about angular acceleration, making a surface frictionless, and many more. I enjoyed it really
It was fun event. I met with some of the schools to discuss the transfer opportunities and Tution and cost for everything else. I went with my friends it was fun. Got the granola bar as well
The refresh session was a really good opportunity for me to revise what were the requirements that I needed to fulfill in order to maintain my scholarship
