I learned about where to find my GPA, how to calculate it as well as a resource that calculates it for me and finally we touched up on SMART goal setting.

This end meeting was to refresh us on the requirements as well as what changes will be made in the future regarding the scholarship. There was also plenty of useful information.

I went to the Art clubs paint and sip where I met some new people and bonded over painting and music. That was my first time in an art classroom and there were many interesting things.

Today I spent a good chunk of my day at “OWL OUTFITTERS Clothing Closet”. Its a boutique that offers free clothes to pgcc students. I spent most of my time browsing whatever new things they put on the racks and tables and took a break to eat the lunch they provided. I ended up grabbing a fee items and even helping people choose out some clothes.

I went to one of the final meetings for the C.O.D.E club. I mostly spent my time doing my engineering class work and talking with new people about what they want to do with their degree. It was fun!

On this day I got some help with my calculus homework. Usually the club centers around the challenge they put where you can build a project for a cash prize but since it is my first year I come to the club to learn about the basics of engineering.

I was reminded of how to use givepulse for my hours. I learned that the website is better suited in general to do task and that there are 2 ways to add impacts that are not in givepulse already.

The refresh meeting was pretty short and simple. I went through some basic refreshments of what the requirements are, some of the changes for this semester and some dates to remember.

For the meeting we just went over the basics of the scholarship again and we got an insight into what the future held for us.
