At the strive kickoff, many people came to the tables. There were internship opportunities as well, including the one with the police officer. I thought that was intriguing because she said we would be able to ride in a helicopter and also work in certain units, like the homicide unit or just recruiting, as she does. There were also food and drinks. Food was dominos pizza (pepperoni and cheese) and also Brisk ice tea (lemon) in cans. It was enjoyable and interactive. I'm interested in some of those internships. The only thing i would change is the food, Domino's is kinda dry.

It was a nice refresh, we played Kahoot and were reintroduced to the requirments to the scholarship. I asked a question about how many summer classes i could take and if they would be covered if i took more than two.

At a regular end-of-semester meeting, we talked about requirements once again and got to ask important questions concerning eligibility and keeping our scholarship. As well as many people asking how to use GivePulse.
