Originally founded as the Western Colorado AIDS Project (WestCAP), Colorado Health Network has operated in Grand Junction since 1986. Today, our team is an integral part of the statewide non-profit that serves more than 5,000 Coloradans living with HIV and more than 10,000 clients through our prevention and education programs.
From our Grand Junction office, we serve clients located in the 22 counties of Western Colorado, ensuring that individuals in need have access to critical resources and support.
Situated in Grand Junction’s central medical campus, our facility is strategically positioned to enhance client accessibility and maintain proximity to medical partners. Staff regularly travel to other parts of western Colorado to serve clients in Durango, Glenwood Springs, and elsewhere.... [more]
