In today’s globally connected world, AMIS builds bridges between internationals and Atlantans. Since 1978, AMIS’s mission has been to promote cultural understanding through friendship and hospitality with international college and university students in the greater Atlanta area.
AMIS serves over 500 international students and scholars each year through our programs and events, which include our annual Welcome Reception, Amigo Friendship Partners Program, Thanksgiving Program, annual Afternoon of International Tea, and more. AMIS's programming is reliant upon dedicated community volunteers. We invite you to learn more about AMIS through our website amisatlanta.org!
