During that time we were in the stage of installing parts towards the cabinets and they assigned me a group where it was a whole different group of people from last time where I enjoyed myself where I just felt like I was able to talk in resonate with many other fellow peers, and I’m able to get them more better understanding from people‘s own point of view of how the construction industry worked while still able to complete the task which was installing cabinets using a nail gun and also making a cover-up for a vent using a Saw to cut it

I would love to say going there for the first time. It was very impactful where it wasn’t a group that felt like oh they had their own thing. They was helping many others and during that process, I was able to meet fellow Aggies that we’re doing it over the summer and I’m very grateful that I was able to and I honestly would love to continue doing this as it’s not only helping me with my internship as I want to continue more hours with construction, but it also allows me to build my way, not only in honors perspective, but my own self-worth as I used to come from a household of volunteering, so able to volunteer towards something that I wanna work for SHEIN my day and also able to work with fellow other construction workers who are also major in construction management

I really loved helping the alumni and volunteering to counting the t shirts

Initially, the commencement of the MLK trash pickup was tranquil, providing a conducive environment for reflection not only regarding the campus but also its significance, especially given the historical context. I appreciated the opportunity to take my time and thoroughly contemplate. After filling the first garbage bag, I resolved to return and continue with another.
