This was during lunch time for HBCU Coalition. Mainly, me and some other volunteers went to a session that as designated for Naloxone certification. While we were volunteering, we were able to get the certification. Overall , I just did small request for Jordan whenever she needed something. But the participation in berthing was fulfilling.
During this time, I helped registered the speakers and vendors at the HBCU coalition. Also I directed the guest to the locations they needed to go for their time slot.
During the last part of the event, I helped closed out the day and sat in a session myself, it was a meditation event. My job was to make sure they don’t go over time when they are doing their presentations. However, I mainly cleaned up the front after everything was done.
This was a busy time of the day. The other volunteers and I helped close the morning sessions of the HBCU Coalition event and began serving food to the guest. We made sure even guest was well equipped with water and their table seating when they gotten their food. I Lao helped clean up the dining area when everyone was done.
It was the first day of registration and I helped signed in speakers and vendors for the HBCU Coalition event. I also helped a couple of vendors set up their station

For this volunteer event, I packed apples and potatoes for the food bank through red cross club.
