At the Children’s Safety Center, my role centered on fostering a welcoming and well-organized environment for both families and staff. I greeted guests at the door and promptly notified staff of their arrival to ensure a smooth and supportive check-in process. I helped maintain the shop by stocking items, organizing displays, and sorting donated clothing so resources were easily accessible to those in need. In addition, I cleaned and tidied the play and waiting areas, helping create a calm and comforting space for children and their families. Through both direct interaction and behind-the-scenes work, I contributed to an environment where families felt respected, cared for, and supported throughout their visit.
