I loved this activity! I served at Furniture Friends with Cross Church College Ministry and had fun with them. This volunteering is very hands on and the time flys by. It’s usually around 3 hours. You get to find the marked furniture and then move it to a trailer which is fun. Then you take it to the internationals’ apartment! The lady we took furniture to even invited us in and we chatted which was amazing! Definitely recommend!

I am a weekly server with Cross Church College Ministry on Wednesday nights. I serve through their Dream Team, specifically on the Connect Team. As a server with Connect, I reach out to anyone on Wednesday nights and invite them to community groups, where they can further get plugged in and find enriching, faith-encouraging relationships. I love my role on connect! It gives me energy and life when I connect with others walking with Jesus and have building conversations. I have found such community and fulfillment through C3 Dream Team, and I know God is using this to stretch me and grow me in the direction He wants me to go.

So creative and fun! Great way to get a break from school. Very friendly and chill environment. Loved doing this!

Met new people and talked the entire time which was so fun! I loved seeing people come shop for groceries and smile when they left. Great way to have fun and not hard at all!
