I am a highly motivated and hardworking individual with strong communication skills, team leadership experience, and the ability to adapt quickly and solve problems effectively. My experience as an assistant dance instructor strengthened my organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Through various leadership roles, I have developed the ability to resolve conflicts efficiently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse groups of people.     Movie Night

    During this volunteer opportunity, I took part in writing name tags for all the people that came in the door. I helped them to their seats and offered snacks and drinks for them. Before the movie began, I helped set up the food and drinks, as well as introduced myself to those in charge and those watching the movie. I noticed that working together allows ample time to get to know and help those who needed it both before and during the movie. By working together, we were able to serve everyone and quickly solve any issues that arose. This experience connected to my interests because I love helping people. I love getting to know all different kinds of people and I love making them happy. Doing this volunteer opportunity gave me the chance to be involved and help. I learned that this organization's mission is to create a safe and fun environment that promotes independent living for those with Autism and other disabilities. This experience shapes my thinking about future leadership opportunities because it gives a completely new perspective for me on how I can help and involve myself. I can take this experience, grow from what I learned, and help encourage others to do the same.
