I helped pass out food at John Marshall High School to families in need. I also worked in the car line, placing food items like onions, butter, and milk into people's cars. I enjoyed volunteering at Gleaners Food Bank because I could see the impact we were making as a group.

I helped kids with their English and Math homework. We worked on spelling, unscrambling sentences, and finding what words were nouns, verbs, or adjectives. For math, we worked on decimals and greater than, less than, and equal too problems. Over all I enjoyed getting to work with the kids and I am excited to go back.
