Zachary Krolak

This was my first shift in helping out a teacher teach English to learners. I have to say that the experience was quite enjoyable. While I might not be very familiar when it comes to teaching English, it was really helpful to see the ways on how it is done. I also enjoyed talking to the other people there and getting to know more about them. I also learned even more new things myself too. Overall it was great to help out.

Helping out with the Feed My Starving Children was very interesting and quite impactful for me. I took two 1 hour and 45 minute shifts. The first one started at 11:30 AM, and the second one ended at 3:45 PM. Packaging and preparing the food for the kids is such a kind and important thing to do, and with such a great cause, I really felt good to be there. The whole experience itself was very nice, and it was fun talking to other people who were also helping out too.
