Zayla @ The place where I volunteered is named KiDFiT, It is an aftercare program for children k-8. I volunteered as an assistant to help the teachers care for the children. This included helping the children with homework, doing sports and art activities, etc.
My experience was vey nice. The staff at KidFit are all so nice and welcoming. I loved being able to work with kids. They're so bright, creative, and uplifting. It was such a wholesome and positive environment and experience. It brought a smile to my face every time I came.

Zayla gave to Special Scholarships Program
I attended a event at Prince George’s community college that was for promised scholarship students. The event was for the promise scholarship students to get to know each other, and the expectations, requirements and benefits of the promise scholarship. We sat through different bonding activities and Informational PowerPoints. All students that attended were told that they would receive service hours for their attendance.
