The Spring Refresh meeting reminded me of things that I've need to better myself in. Especially since I've not been responsible when it comes to scheduling events on givepulse, or be part of the college community, so I appreciate the session.
I enjoyed learning about these experiences that others struggle with as it shows that I'm not alone. Although there were technical difficulties on the 2nd of April's session, I joined the one on wednesday and that one went well.
The event name was called Daisy's Donation Drive. This event was about making Thanksgiving donations towards foster home children. As a result, we've managed to raise $675, and 70 food items towards foster homes. Was great to give where you can.
