I had a truly rewarding experience engaging with the students of Bessemer Elementary School. It was a pleasure to share insights on entrepreneurship and business with younger minds, and to inspire African American youth to pursue higher education. I’m delighted that I could make a positive impact on these children, helping them learn in a fun and creative way. Overall, it was a fulfilling opportunity to contribute to their education and growth.

It was an incredible experience to assist with the operations during Honors Weekend. I had the opportunity to support incoming students by offering advice and serving as a reliable support system as they prepared for their interviews. Overall, it was a deeply fulfilling experience.

My time volunteering at the food bank has been truly fulfilling. It’s gratifying to contribute to my community by helping provide essential, nutritious food and household supplies to those in need. This experience has deepened my connection to the community and reaffirmed my passion for making a positive impact.

Attending the 12th Annual Gala for the Annie T. Doe Memorial Foundation was truly inspiring and motivated me to support their mission. I leveraged my network within the Cheatham White Scholar group to introduce them to the foundation and rally their support for raising funds. Following this, I organized a fundraising walk, with support from the North Carolina A&T Honors College. This event successfully brought people together for exercise, raised awareness for the foundation, and generated much-needed funds. Overall, it was a fulfilling and impactful endeavor.

Attending the 12th Annual Fundraising Gala for the Annie T. Doe Memorial Foundation was an extraordinary and inspiring experience. The foundation, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, offers free Christian education and healthcare to children and single mothers in Liberia. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about their impactful programs and initiatives in Liberia, and I was deeply motivated to contribute to this meaningful cause.
