Andrew @ Biolife Blood and Plasma Center. They are an organization that takes people's blood and plasma to help those that need transfusing or replacements.
I donated plasma to the Biolife center 10-15 times, each time taking about an hour. Each donation was about 800 mL of plasma that is now being used in real patients that needed the transfusion.

Andrew @ The Little Rock Racquet club offers free lifeguard and CPR training, and when I was 16 I was trained in both of these and now have the skills to be able to help others.
I know have the skills to be able to apply CPR to people who have lost a pulse and also have the skills to safely evacuate swimmers in the pool if needed.
