    It is interesting to get a peak at the past and how centralized the news was. Compared to today, with global news being the big headliners, it is nice to see that the news was about where the paper was created, I. e. Genesee Idaho area in this one. It definitely did take a long time to get these pages transcribed, but I am happy to be a part of preserving history.

    When I was reading the material, I found it very interesting to take a look into the past and see how the news changed so much from then to now. I see how localized it felt and that is something we don't see a lot in today's world.

    It was so much fun helping out Pullman, which is the town I will be spending the most time in for the next couple of years. There was a sense of accomplishment after seeing how I impacted the city.
