At the clinic, I was responsible for greeting patients, measuring their vital signs, and taking them back to an open room. I also gained more experience giving report directly to doctors. This was such a fun experience, and I truly learned a lot!

Avery @ CON Belize Study Abroad Trip
I had the most incredible time visiting homes, setting up free clinics, and providing nursing care to the people of Belize! It was extremely rewarding to be able to provide much needed care and resources in a place that does not have easy access to them. I was able to gain valuable hands on patient assessment skills, and even learned how to properly diagnose/treat certain diseases by working alongside medical professionals.
