I attended the event with President Joe Biden and VP Kamala Harris. This took place in Novak Field House and the topic was about lowering drug costs. This was a very exciting and informative event.

I had the pleasure to be apart of the W.O.W Environmental Beautification Community Service Opportunity. This took place at Blandensburg Waterfront Park, and I painted a wooden gazebo. It was a cool experience, and the gazebo looked great after. I enticed making a positive impact in the community.

The Goodie Girl Bags Workshop was very fun, insightful, and fulfilling. We filled bags with feminine hygiene products for women in need. Afterwards, we had an insightful discussion with Dr. Kathrine Sylvester on the female body & how to understand your body.

This scholarship night was very insightful. I learned that credit is borrowing money with interest. Credit is very important when it comes to the financial decisions you’ll make in the future.

The She Thrives Fall Mixer was a really fun way to get to know all of my WOW community. It was nice to meet new people and understand more about the program.

This scholarship night was very interactive and informative. I enjoyed learning things along with the encouragement to keep pushing.
