I helped make a presentation for a meeting that Anna is going to present the new board of people. She is presenting to NEAFCS-AR installation of officers and I found a theme for her and helped put together a presentation of each officer and their title so she can present it easier!

When I first got there I tallied surveys to show the differences of each response. Then, I double checked some grading of a test and their score in order to make sure the first score was correct. This was important because they were making sure their grading system worked along with 100% knowing if a student got the right grade because they got prizes for their grades.

I uploaded surveys into their survey database. These surveys were based on the EHC club meetings and their answers to specific questions, there were also anonymous surveys to hear their feedback. After this was done, I then started to work towards finishing labeling from last week, of the information that is given to the 4H families.

I helped labeled magazines for Anna to take to a school program tomorrow. There were about 700 magazines that needed labeled with the County Extension contact information. Although this was the only thing I did while I was there, I had fun! I got to talk to a few of the employees there and that was awesome!

Today I helped put together newspapers for the 4H center. We folded all the papers and then put stickers on them for them to be mailed out to all of the families that have their children at the 4H center. I got to learn about the center because I did not know much about it, and I really enjoyed my time there!
