    I volunteered in the Mother/Baby Unit of the hospital where I was directed to fulfill numerous tasks. Some of these duties included checking patients in at the front desk, providing them with information regarding their visit, and assisting visitors with questions and directions. I was exposed to the office environment side of working in a hospital and I enjoyed helping other employees stay organized and on track for the day. I also sorted paperwork, created take-home folders for new mothers, and made hats for the newborn babies.
