    CSC Volunteer

I worked the front desk at the CSC. I greeted clients and opened the door for them. I overviewed the schedule to see which therapist or advocate had a client coming in and I would then call that therapist/advocate on the phone to let them know their client had arrived. I also monitored the lobby and offered help to any family that needed it. I helped the detectives get inside and directed them where to go. I also helped new families in and tried to make them feel welcome.
