    Trash to Treasure Sale!
    Trash to Treasure Sale!

I unpacked and organized clothes that were being sold for $1. It made me happy when people were really excited that these clothes were so cheap and for a good cause. It was tiring because you had to keep folding clothes that people keep unfolding but I had fun since I volunteered with a friend.

    Claudia @ Locks of Love

I cut 11 inches of my hair to donate to Locks of Love and supported their mission to help children suffering with long-term or permanent medical hair loss. My hair will be used to make a wig for these children. I was really nervous about doing it at first since the last time I had short hair was in middle school. However, after my stylist cut my hair, I was very pleased with the results and was very proud of myself for donating for a good cause. It was a very inspiring experience since I valued my long hair so much and often receive compliments for it. I will most likely donate again since my hair will continuously grow even after I cut it and hope that the child who gets my hair will value and love it as much as I did.
