This public square discussion on mental health during the Covid-19 pandemic was insightful. I learned about what some of the panelists have been doing such as one of them being a senior at WSU. She mentioned that when we first moved to online classes we all thought this would simply last a few weeks and never would have expected it to go on this long. There were some good things that I took away such as, take each day at a time because during this pandemic many things are unpredictable. Also find ways to change things up because too much of a routine can be detrimental to you.

Calvin gave to Food Not Bombs of the Palouse
This was my first time helping an organization with the preparation and distribution of large quantities of food. The instruction was very helpful and everyone that was there was nice and made working productive. All together this was an enjoyable experience for a good cause.

I think that the points that were brought up were all valid and helpful when looking at sources of media. It is important to look at each source you view when retaining media and news.
