I chose to complete my service learning with a non-profit from my hometown, Dallas TX. It is called Mommies In Need and it is a local non-profit where families who have any sort of health crisis can get the help they need with free childcare. It is a safe place for children to come to when their parent or any family member needs to get treatment with any health crisis that they have. I really enjoyed my time working with the children and the families and it has been a truly a wonderful experience overall.
