A really great day packed with information. I took many notes. It was important to hear from others that already had been through each process. Their experiences and advice were invaluable. And the BMX Halloween video was great.
During the panel discussion, it would have been helpful to have the speakers amplified somehow. I was in the back of the room and had a little difficulty hearing. I did close one of the side doors which block in the back which help masked the "machine room" noise from the side hall.
