I signed up for ticket sales at 9am but the festival didn't start until noon. I couldn't lift any heavy tables so I helped build the main altar. It was fun and it looked great. I think next year have someone who coordinates the morning volunteers and dole out duties. I spent some time standing around waiting for someone to assign me a task. You probably don't need ticket sales at 9-11:45. Otherwise people were friendly and helpful.
